There is no single goal, not even regarding Russia, that has obsessed the Zionist neocons in this century quite like a shooting war with Iran. It is their brass ring and They will do anything, sacrifice anyone, to get that war. If you believe as many do that our government at best looked the other way and let 9/11 happen, do you think that allowing a carrier to be sunk or at least disabled is beyond them?

We have been told by the neocons and Israelis that Iran was days from a deliverable nuke. The US DNI Gabbard calls BS on that. Bibi was just on FOX and now says a year away, which we have been told for 30 years. So what is it? I don't want them to have one but something else is afoot here. How about getting access to the southern border of Russia from Persia? Ability to attack or subvert from the west with Ukraine and the south from Persia at the same time? All the usual suspects whether neocons, Atlantacists, WEF, have this wet dream of breaking up Russia and seizing all of its resources which are enormous. Destruction of yet another mostly Christian, Caucasian nation would be icing on the cake for this crowd.

What a POS Johnson was. Probably behind, in part, JFK's assassination. Then there was the 'anti-poverty bill' where he said on a hot mic "...We'll have those niggers voting for us forever!"

Brings a tear to my eyes Matt. My late father-in-law was one of the top engineers for Newport News Shipbuilding. He was a proud survivor of WWII. Was on the USS Ordronaux DD 617. He never designed ships to sit. He built all of the nuclear ships from Enterprise to the Vincen. He is spinning in his grave. Your observation looks to be very sound, sadly. I also fear the false flag here. We get mouse trapped and can't turn back. Local control. We missed our last chance to get it back.

Oh, they would have had a lot to talk about for sure! I think Trump may not be in control of the military as much as he thinks. Perhaps they should relieve all Flag officers and replace them with retired NCOs from the Reagan era. I would trust them first.

Many thanks Maureen!

Relax, I'm sure your late father in law would be proud to know you're following in his footsteps by defending our national security and honor with your Substack comments. I don't know why we even need nuclear ships anymore, when all important battles are now settled in the comment threads. True fact.

The Neocon war mongers are not so much in the Trump administration but in the Deep State, including the Pentagon. Best to watch the deployment orders. An aircraft carrier takes a lot of sinking but not so much to make in mission incapable. And what the heck are the British planes in the Gulf of Tonkin graphic.

From the USS Maine to the Gulf of Tonkin and Saddam's phantom WMDs, would appear that just about every armed conflict that's been sold to us via an engineered pretext were Banker's Wars.

Too bad most of the general public is too obtuse and apathetic to read General Butler's "War is a Racket."

The Maddox was a Sumner class which was a WW2 design so it is possible it could have been photographed with British planes. How the Tonkin label got on that picture, I don't know.

It isn't just the neocons. It's the fact that Israel has a Zionist regime, the US, and most of the West have Zionist regimes, and the World Economic Forum-UN conglomerate is a Zionist regime. The Zionists want their 3rd World War, which is why Israel and her proxies have been at war in several Middle East and North African countries, and their attack in Iran, and likely the mosque in Jerusalem, is intended to spark the war they want. This is how the New World Order is bringing in their authoritarian, technocratic government. During their 3rd world war, they will have such chaos all over the West related to the UN military-aged, male troops they have brought in, that the public will beg for their surveillance state.

The US was not involved in the Israeli attack on Iran? Dominoes Pizza records showed a huge amount of pizza going to the Pentagon the night before the attack, following a pattern which correlates huge pizza sales and Pentagon activities just prior to US military operations.

Matt could provide us with some real valuable intel on what is going to happen domestically by Islamic cells brought to America by Biden and HIAS.

They knew it was coming so undoubtedly an all hands on deck situation just in case. On the other hand, it was going to be a great show with the massive flat screens and satellite feeds of a war in progress. I imagine a lot of people wanted to watch the whole mess go down.

Most people think in terms of right or wrong, they have a moral code, this is not so with the Government. Government thinks in terms of outcomes and consequences, there is no moral compass, only what are the benefits and what would happen if they got caught. The Nimitz will soon need to be scrapped and what they have learned from scrapping Enterprise is that it will take five to ten years to complete and cost more than a billion dollars to complete and this cost will only grow larger over time. So, the neocons see a false flag as a net positive. Sending the ship to a watery grave take scrapping from ten years to one day, five thousand death benefits is half the cost of scrapping. On the negative side a few politicians might not get reelected, and some admirals may be forced to retire early but experience says no one will go to jail. Saying this and thinking that our government could do this disturbs me and I am wondering if I am being cynical or a realist.

A realist.

Prof. John Meersheimer is one of the best voices for understanding international politics, he is of the 'Realist School.' His theory is that he can predict a government's actions with 75% accuracy simply by assuming they'll act as a rational sociopath to maximize that nation's power. The 25% where he is wrong is generally some internal politics where individuals act as rational sociopaths to maximize their personal power at the expense of their nations.

USS Nimitz (carrier) on way from WestPac to Iran; USS Carl Vinson already on station; queue the false flag attack on US ships. Bring out the Gulf of Tonkin (Vietnam false flags) playbook. Change the press releases from “Iraq” and “WMD” to “Iran” and “Nukes”. Ready the US Christian male teens for slaughter in the name of Zionism. I am a Catholic US military veteran and I oppose US getting engaged in war with Iran and also oppose US funding Israel’s Zionists genocide of Palestinians in Gaza.

Couldn’t be more dead on with that analysis, it just seems like the stars are aligning for a false flag, hidden in the chaos makes it 10 times easier to pull off. And you think things are bad now wait till your energy prices skyrocket, food shortages take place and the sleeper cells are activated.

We are headed for total hell if this kicks off.

Side note if you haven’t read enemies foreign and domestic, it is a great read.

"But would Trump order our naval ships into “harms way” in order have them attacked by Iran, and possibly sunk?"

I'm not sure Trump is the guy who will make that call. There was some shady shit going on during his first term that made me question just who the CinC was.

The Lusitania - ostensibly a passenger ship - WAS indeed carrying munitions. This has been known for certain since at least 1982. Hardly a “false” or “green” flag operation.

Not the hindsight of history.

The Lusitania was sold as a passenger ship only, to get the US into "The Great War". It led directly to the rise of Hitler, Communism in Russia, and of course the rise of the Western Empire.

Matt,

Great historical articles. Though time has passed you. Modern warfare is compact, transportable, cheap, long range, remote.

P.S. Vladimir Putin's alliance with BRICS is a national security threat to the Russian people. I doubt he'll remain in power. Internal temperatures grow hot.

Russia is one of the founding members of the BRICS bloc and has the support of 85% of the world. Including almost all of our southern neighbors.

If we truly had an American First leadership, we'd be joining it after lynching every member of the Federal Reserve. Well, I suppose we should add every member of the ADL, AIPAC and Palantir to that list.

As for Putin, he is a moderate. If the SMO had kicked off under Dmitry Medvedev a good chunk of Poland and many NATOstan capitals might have been flattened by Oreshnik missiles.

Calm down boomer.

In Russia, Putin is a moderate. The extremists are the generals who cheered carpet-bombing cities in Georgia, and have likely already written up Putin's suicide note if it becomes necessary.

ADM didn't say Putin had 85% support, he said Russia did.

Prof. John Meersheimer, of the Realist School of International Relations, has also said that if America was acting rationally it would have allied with Russia against China, since China is the only nation that threatens both of us.
